Karin Kreates has a new Paint Shop Pro script up for sale at I Got Lucky Skraps!
This script will make an eyelet-bound tag and you'll have the ability to choose up to 3 different types of materials (colors) for the tag and choose the color for the eyelet. You don't need to have any external plug-ins to use this script and the finished size is approximately 700 x 500 pixels. It is full-size, 300 DPI and has been tested in versions 8.1 up to 13.
